What books tickle your funny bone? There are some great ones out there. Some of my favorite memories are reading these hilarious tales with by two kids. Try these the next time you hit your local library or bookstore.
Animal Strike at the Zoo
Have you ever wondered what would happen if the animals punched out and took a day off? Regardless of your stance on organized labor, you'll get a giggle out of elephants holding out for pecans (the peanuts apparently weren't gourmet enough, I guess).
Little Old Big Beard And Big Young Little Beard: A Short And Tall Tale
My Homer bought this for Boo for Christmas a few years back. In addition to being a heck of a tongue twister, there's a great finish sung to the tune of "Amazing Grace."
Little Pea
If you're tired of the nightly battle over veggies, you can have some fun at bedtime reading this not-so-tall, but-pretty-round tale of a little pea who can't stand his nightly fare of...candy!
